Hi, I am Shruti! I started doing Henna at the age of 10 and learnt about it from my mum. Being from an Indian background, I have admired the artform since childhood. My mother is an amazing artist and my inspiration. My love for art came from her I guess. I remember there was a time when she was doing my henna, and I got upset that I couldn’t be as good as her. The sole reason I am a henna artist today is my Mum who always encouraged and supported me! Even today, when I send her images of my work, she is my best critic.

I started doing henna for friends and family when I moved to Sydney after High School in 2015. I did voluntary henna for about 2 years, and one day decided to make this my side gig. That is how Henna Hub Sydney was born. I wanted to spread my love for natural henna.I  started taking up small appointments along with university and realised henna is much more than just a business, it was my passion. Ever since that day, I strive to improve myself and learn from the amazing artists in this world. My priority to provide bespoke designs along with seamless customer service.

Apart from henna, I have a double degree graduate in Bachelors of business and Bachelors of Science from UTS. I work in IT, and continue to work on my small business on the side.
