Much to everyone’s astonishment, not least my own, my addictions disappeared overnight. My mental health got loads better too. Then to cap it off, we sold our wine business so I was free to pursue a career teaching this incredible meditation technique which had turned my life around.
Since then I have dedicated my life to teaching Vedic Meditation in a way which is fun and relatable. I love the fact that people come to BMC from all walks of life, from business executives and young mums to party people and backpackers.
