Atelier Upholstery

It is the passion, experience and skill of three generations of successful upholsterers that have guided us and shaped us to what we are today. Since the first Atelier Upholstery in 1952 in Europe, our ethos has remained the same: to create superior quality upholstery and offer exceptional customer service.

Atelier Upholstery’s owner Damian Syrigos relaunched the family business in 2016 in Melbourne.  Watching and helping his father from an early age transforming furniture pieces and interior spaces evoked a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment and inspired him to pursue this form of craft as a career.

After moving to London and completing a degree in furniture production, he came to Melbourne where he further developed his unique set of skills for over a decade before launching Atelier Upholstery.
