Spring Street Grocer Tucked into the corner of Melbourne city lies the European-inspired Spring Street Grocer. Modelled by mastermind Con Christopoulos and Joshua Brisbane of Melbourne Supper Club, Siglo, and City Wine Shop, from their extensive excursions of the Old World – especially from the warm Southern lands of Italy and France. Spring Street Grocer’s charming foundation was designed by Melbourne-based architect Kristin Green, who perfectly captured the elegance and essence of Europe into our quaint grocer. Spring Street Grocer boasts an extravagant variety of unique artisan products inclusive of pantry staples, delicatessen, a carefully selected and extensive cheese (many matured in-house) display/collection housing local and international cheeses which can be made to order as delectable catering platters by our crafty cheesemongers. With ready-made, chef cooked “Via Primavera” brand meals, which fittingly translates to Spring Street in the Italian language. This gorgeous European-inspired grocer also offers a leisurely indoor-outdoor seating construct facing the historic Parliament House where our house-made paninis, gelateria, and warm cafe lattes can be enjoyed with friends from early sunshine into the late nights of vacant Melbourne.
