Bollywood Dance Company

Bollywood Dance Company (BDC) is an organisation operating in Australia with centres in Melbourne and Sydney. We work with the motto of “Celebrating Dance, Arts, and Culture” and have an expert faculty. BDC’s Founder Directors and Principal Instructors Vihang Nikalje, Darshan Pawar and Sohini Banerjee started their careers in Mumbai and have worked In the Indian Film Industry aka Bollywood. They bring in their extensive global travel and performance experiences of over 22 years to their teaching.

BDC aims to bring Indian culture & heritage to all the dance lovers in Australia by delivering & incorporating the best training methods for its students.

We stand in solidarity with the Traditional owners of the unceded lands on which we practice and perform (known as ‘Australia’) and advocate for greater South Asian representation, cultural and linguistic diversity, racial equity, and intersectional inclusion.
