I started the business at home and then 16 years ago moved into a shop with an already established clientele. In total, I have been in the alteration industry for over 36 years. During this time, I have watched the business grow and gain momentum in an environment that over time has proved to me that this is an industry that has confirmed it can grow even in a negative economy.
