We have been Australian owned and family run since 1960. Founded under The Dempsey Group by John Dempsey, a sewing machine technician with a passion for textiles, our brand has grown to encompass Bed Bath N’ Table and the Domestic Textile Corporation. What started as a wholesale business, designing and manufacturing bedding from a small factory in Brunswick, led to the opening of our first retail store 15 years later – one of the first specialty bedding and homeware retailers in Australia.
