French Cooking Classes

Chef Jacqui Selleck is a classically French trained chef who creates an unforgettable cooking and dining experience where travel, life and laughter come together with fantastic food overlooking the beautiful Moonah Links Golf Course.

In-House Dining cooking classes are all about great conversation while exploring flavour and fresh Mornington Peninsula produce. You will begin by sampling sumptuous canapes in Chef Jacqui’s well-appointed kitchen and learn knife skills, techniques to reproduce Jacqui’s recipes and industry secrets of advanced menu preparation. The full dining experience awaits and after we cook each course we adjourn to the well set dining table to enjoy each magnificent course while sharing our culinary adventures and memories.
