What makes us one of Brisbane’s favourite guitar stores?

For us, working at the Guitar Centre is more than just a job – it’s a passion. We hope that this comes across in the way we do business, because it’s our love for guitars and music that still keeps us getting out of bed every day.

One of the first things we do when people come into the shop is to try to get to know them, and to understand what they are trying to achieve. So here’s a little bit about us and the way we do things, so you know where we’re coming from.

We make sure our guitars play better.

We test and fine-tune every guitar we sell, from the affordable beginner models through to the top-level professional ones. We are one of the only stores in the country that does this, and are able to do so thanks to our experienced luthier and shop staff.

We try our best to be friendly and approachable.

Going into a guitar store can be daunting, and not just for first-time guitar buyers. Our staff are friendly, approachable and understanding. We understand that choosing a guitar is a very intimate process – we won’t try to sell you anything you don’t want or need.
